Just tried the 4.0 upgrade... No dice.
1. Deploy to emulator or device (Release Mode)

-- having read the lists, I looked for the fast deployment option. It is
checked, but disabled with (debug only) next to it.

Worked 2nd time and thereafter...
3. Release Notes?
--- The interface changes were simple enough, but where are the Release
Notes?
4. Rollback??
--- What's the recommended procedure to rollback until the deployment
issues are resolved? I can run in debug mode, but I can't get any releases
to my client without Release builds...xxx
