You need to care somewhat, as there is a maximum .apk size of 50MB for
deployment via the Android Marketplace:

Many devices also have small internal storage sizes (e.g. my N1 only has 196MB
of total space available on /data), and downloads via 3G may have lower limits
(e.g. on iOS apps can be of any size, but must be < 20MB to download via 3G).
