The only thing I can think of is somehow your 
Novell.MonoDroid.Common.targets and Novell.MonoDroid.Build.Tasks.dll are 
out of sync.

I would:

- Uninstall the MFA 4.0.1 msi
- Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Novell if it still exists
- Install the MFA 4.0.1 msi

This should ensure everything matches.
