yeah, we don't install the framework everyday, unless google keeps pushing out 
new versions of the sdk and emulators, which they put out very often.

It just seems that what was a minute or two process before is now much longer.  
My concern is that there is a bug somewhere in the process of uploading the 
code to the emulator.
