Only manually AFAIK...
As the matter of fact even double extensions are problematic...
I have script that generates automagically from single svg image all
pngs for
iOS, Android and WP7
to differentiate I have added several layers of suffixes (hey is this
plural form ok??) separated with '.'
But aapt says NO.
Changing suffix in scripts to '_' made aapt happy....
