The problem is that adb.exe is resetting every time it is called:
adb server is out of date. killing...
* daemon started successfully *
The most common reason for this is that some software on your system is
conflicting with the adb.exe that is shipped with Google's Android SDK.
This is generally caused by some other software on your system that
interacts with your device. Sometimes this is the sync software that
connects to your device, like the HTC Sync, and sometimes it's a 3rd
party piece of software like Android Explorer. You need to figure out
what this software is and uninstall it.
