You probably could if your assembly didn't use Func`2.
But MFA/MT has it in mscorlib, and WinPhone has it in System.Core.
You can share between MFA and MT, but WinPhone will have to be separate.

This generally means that one of your assemblies does not target the
Mono for Android profile.
The issue is that in early versions of .NET, Func`2 is in
System.Core.dll, and then later it moved to mscorlib.dll.
You need to ensure that all your assemblies target the Mono for Android
profile.
