Could we get the contents of the above log file? It would be useful to know why the .msi failed to install. Also note that it's MonoDevelop which has failed to install; iirc MonoDevelop is the last thing installed, so (if you're only interested in Visual Studio support) Mono for Android should be installed and usable from within Visual Studio now.
