IUncaughtExceptionHandler is a nested type; it's
Java.Lang.Thread.IUncaughtExceptionHandler:

Furthermore, you should never implement IJavaObject yourself. Instead, you
should inherit Java.Lang.Object:
public class CMUncaughtExceptionHandler : Java.Lang.Object,
Java.Lang.Thread.IUncaughtExceptionHandler {
public void UncaughtException(Thread thread, Throwable
throwable)
{
// ...
}
}
