Is this a Debug or Release app, and if it's a Debug app do you have Fast
Deployment enabled?
For Release builds, there's not much that can be done.
For Debug builds, enabling Fast Deployment _should_ help, because that will
only copy over your assemblies, and not regenerate the .apk, modulo some bugs:
