I am using MonoDevelop and I downloaded the sample compression file today.
The following files are in the "MapsAndLocationDemo\bin\Debug" folder:
MapsAndLocationDemo.dll
MapsAndLocationDemo.dll.mdb
MapsAndLocationDemo.pdb
