I'm calling an https web service from MonoDroid 4.2.5 and I'm getting the same error as described in this bug: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6501 - Tested on a Nexus S with JB - ValidateServerCertficate is called with sslPolicyErrors set to RemoteCertificateChainErrors - the chain contains the certificate being validated in position 0, as described in bug report - no errors in the Android browser - it used to work in earlier versions of MonoDroid (at least up to 4.2) with the exact same code - the certificate is at https://www.yopoly.de/
