Thanks for your help Mareck, appreciated. I reinstalled the JDK and downloaded the additional Andriod sdks the installer says they aren't installed.
So I've let the installer do it's thing, it downloaded everything again and installed it. Once complete I ran the installer again, just to see if it could be an issue with the installer, and it still doesn't detect the SDK properly despite having just installed successfully itself. Maybe something to look at.
