Fix botan compilation, --no-workspace test errors on Win32.
* Makefile.am (BOTAN_SOURCES): delete es_dev.cpp, es_egd.cpp; not valid
on Win32.
(if WIN32_PLATFORM): add es_egd.cpp to lib3rdparty_a_SOURCES for non-Win32.
* botan/primes.cpp (PRIME_PRODUCTS): Add 'LL' to constants to fix
compiler warning.
* tests/--no-workspace: renamed to _--no-workspace for Win32.
