I found the problem because I had a self build linux kernel (a recent one, don't remember which version, but probably >=2.6.10) where I didn't included IPv6 support, so it should be easy to test with modular systems as most modern ones are (just make sure the ipv6 modules are not loaded). I'm not using 0.26 yet, so can't test it....
