I think Richard's referring to the lack of actual build attempts in
the last couple of weeks.  AFAICS: last attempt (win32_x86_opt2) was
on 24 February, and last successful build (linux_fc4_x86_unopt) was on
14 February.

Presumably this was related to the host move, but it doesn't look
resolved yet---even the buildbots that are connected appear not to be
attempting to build.
