I was starting the monotone server and didn't realize that it wasn't going to come back to me so I hit CTRL-C.
Not coming back may be normal behavior (I don't know). But even if it is normal, it should still recover a bit more gracefully from the CTRL-C. Incidentally, is it normal behavior? Should I start the server in its own process?
