My Monotone 0.45 and Botan 1.8.7 ports for OpenBSD 4.5-release can be found from: http://iki.fi/tero.koskinen/monotone/botan-1.8.7-port-v1.tar.gz and http://iki.fi/tero.koskinen/monotone/monotone-0.45-port-v1.tar.gz They are not official or anything, but work for me. Botan is compiled without threading support.
