you need to do an ad-hoc build.

you can do that by downloading the profile (with the new device id in
it) then make a new build target in MD and specify that certificate to
use in the project properties (it's under iPhone Bundle Signing). Once
you build, give her the resulting .app and the .mobileprofile (from
itunes connect) and it should work.
