So, Attachmate Group is a holding company for Attachmate Corporation, SUSE, NetIQ, and Novell. When Attachmate Group bought Novell, it split Novell into Novell and SUSE, with all of the Mono-related stuff on the SUSE side.
If you visit the relevant web sites, it is clear they're still in the state they were before the purchase was completed because SUSE still shows up as part of the Novell web site.
