Looking at the Deploy to Device window on Monotouch/Monodevelop editor I get this log message:-
Please ensure your device is connected... Connected to: Gordon Pagan’s iPad Initializing file service... Uploading application Finalizing file service... Connected to: Gordon Pagan’s iPad Installing application There it hangs and does not ever complete the installation. It worked fine the evening before but today has not completed even once. I have reset my IPad, IMac several times but to no available. I would be most grateful if someone could suggest what could have caused this.
