More info here: I noticed that my phone didn't have the "Use for Development" anymore within Xcode, even though I could still compile and "Deploy" the app.
Anyhow; I selected the "Use for Development" Tried to launch the debugger, it started to look like it was working, went a little further, then crashed. Xcode now says: The version of iOS on "Eric's Phone" does not match any of the versions..." OS Installed 5.0 (9A5220p) Xcode Supported iOS Versions Latest 4.3 4.2 ...
