The only problem is that in Brazil (an Latin America, from Mexico do Chile) our clients have really hard work to find some place selling Windows Mobile devices, from about 1 year yet. Mobile companies insist to change existent devices with Windows Mobile to Android, but they do not have more than 30 50 devices with Android (nor Windows Mobile, and where is iPhone here? WP7.1 will arrive just at the end of the year).
So our C++ application running on Windows Mobile will gonna die soon and our C# application is being ported to Mono alternatives. BTW, the best device for business development is Windows Mobile. It native UI is ugly, but has much more corporative options specially with SQL Mobile 2005 that has also sync with RDA (simple) or Merge (more complicated). I use RDA with Sql Server Express 2008, for ones that don't want to spend with a SQL Server.
