I was thinking Why not to create a visual editor like Visual Studio inside Mono Develop that when saving, instead axml, ib, or wathever, why not to create C# code to formate and run in InitializeComponent() as on Windows? And when opening a View/Activity/Form, it read this source file C# code and interpret it to generate a visual editor..
I don't have all the universe of mobiles OSs omniscience fractal 4D point of view but it appear to do a better editor to code integration inside MonoDevelop, indepedant of Googles and Apples and maybe to satisfy all XIBless and AXMLles developers and (like myself) WYSIWIG developers. Karl
