Haven't done excessive tests yet, but Mono 2.10.3 with MD 2.6b3 seems ok on Lion. Just loaded and ran a few Mono, MonoAndroid, MonoTouch and MonoMac projects. I am still using Snow Leopard, Mono 2.10.2 and MD 2.6b2 for real work.
