Miguel, Have gone back to MD 2.4.2, no dice. Reinstalled MT 4.0.5, rebooted - still no debugging.
Is it because the simulator I have is from XCode 4 instead of XCode 3? I've had that installed for a bit, but just upgraded to MT 4.0.5 this morning and the debugger stopped connecting. The current working setup is to pick both components (MonoTouch) from the lane you pick: (a) Stable: MonoTouch 4.0.5 with MonoDevelop 2.4.2 (b) Beta: MonoTouch 4.1 with MonoDevelop 2.6RC1 (c) Alpha: MonoTouch 4.9 with MonoDevelop 2.8 Alpha 1 Miguel
