Hi Jowi,

Well, a lot of that is due to Xcode completely changing from Xcode3 to
Xcode4 - MonoDevelop 2.8 is trying to match Xcode4's new project templates
since that's what most iOS developers will be moving to (if they haven't
already).

I do understand where you are coming from, though, and understand your
frustration.

I wish I could make things better for you but I don't know how :-(
