Hi, Our app is rejected while it is crashing at the review. The only thing we have to investigate is the crash reports. (The app runs fine on the iPhone test machine, and on the simulator, so we don't have any local crash data).
I have the app and its dSYM directory in the distribution output build directory and copied the crashreports into that very same directory. According to https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#technotes/tn2008/tn2151.html one just has to drag the crash report into the Device Log section of the Organizer, but - far from symbolifying the crash report, it doesn't even add an entry to this list. Any expert advise over how to extract usefull information from these crash reports?
