True, but on Windows clicking VS.NET icon launches new instance. It does not
jump to open window. On MD Mac it jumps to open window. Thus there is no
non-geeky way to launch a 2nd+ window.

Adding right click option to MD icon may be another option. I am not a Mac
UI guru by any means.
