Well I'm frustrated again as my app v1.0.9 has just been rejected by Apple for crashing on startup after week of waiting!
Nothing has changed in the startup code, but compile/build options might have changed. So when I test I put the debug and release builds down to the two devices I own - iPhone 3GS and iPad 2, but it seems this isn't enough as I can only assume that somehow my distribution build is somehow different in terms of build options - enough to cause he crashes. How do others ensure there distribution build works? Just so annoyed as app has been slated by reviews for crashes with the previous version on startup and Apple allowed that in :( I need to be much more thorough and test various regions/languages as well. How can/should I improve my testing, how do others do it ??? Anyway to ensure my distribution build matches my release build?? ----- MonoTouch 'Contractor Expenses' app - www.Contractor-Expenses.com -- View this message in context: http://monotouch.2284126.n4.nabble.com/How-to-go-about-averting-App-Store-crash-on-startup-rejection-tp4304552p4304552.html Sent from the MonoTouch mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ MonoTouch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/monotouch
