MonoDevelop 2.8.6.x is in beta right now (we're trying a new strategy of letting "stable" releases simmer in Beta for a while before pushing to "Stable" and as you can probably see, we've already had to re-roll 2.8.6 3 times, so I guess it's a winning strategy?)
