If I may suggest, do originals Yourself or give it to somebody (I have
sister-in-law and she's
desinger - so I dunno about pricing). Keep originals in vector format (I
preffer svg) and
convert them with inkscape or imagemagic/convert.
With imagemagic I had some problems - losing colors with gradients. I
have to ckeck options
for convert and test a little bit.
Inkscape works great.
Here are 2 scripts for WP, iOS and Android images. As soon as I find
some time I'll rewrite
those to generate folders instead of long filenames...

Yes, we have bash script, but it is not on the site yet - only msdos
batch (sorry), but
