Hi all,
We've put in a quote with a customer to develop an app for them on iPhone,
and one of their staff has made the following comment:

/"...and if we use the Apple platform we need to understand also the
copyright issues etc..as I understand that Apple gains ownership as soon as
the App is presented through their platform.../

I find this hard to believe - otherwise no-one would develop anything for
iOS, surely!?

Can anyone point me to resources which can put their minds at rest (or make
them even more frightened)?

Thanks,

James
