No - it's just me being a gumby. Just because I can't *see* the folder doesn't 
mean it's not there. I'm used to seeing all folders on my PC, but I'm such a 
n00b on the Mac I don't even know how to do that. Using Go to get to 
~/Library/MonoTouch and magically it does exist... just hidden from view.

I thought MD had a menu option for license, but I can't find it at the moment.  
I just had to reactivate mine last week, possibly it only shows if you don't 
have one?  You can also try deleting your license file (under 
~/Library/MonoTouch) so it will force you to reactivate
