I'd also have a look at how the new bindings are done in MT 5.2.x.
It's SO SO SO much cleaner, and you just have to include the .dll, no
extra parameters and the like.

It's just a [LinkWith attribute. The new monotouch-bindings thing on
github has loads of samples.

As for MfA... Not sure. If it doesn't have the same "you can't write
to your bundle" restriction, and they DO compress the delivered file,
then just use it where it is?
