Based on Geoff's comment:

"The SqliteFunction implementation requires runtime code generation which is
prohibited by Apples kernel, unfortunately we cannot provide a workaround at
this time."

I doubt it's changed - runtime code generation is still not (and I'd
doubt, ever would be) allowed on iOS.
