Thank you for your help. But I don't get the point.

I have tried the command:
NSBundle.MainBundle.ObjectForInfoDictionary("CFBundleVersion").ToString();

It always shows my compiled (current) version of the running apps, and it is
user upgrading app's version, right? So how can I get the another (previous)
version for comparison?

I don't know how to determine the app that is whether first running after
installation or not.

Would you say more details?
