Good morning folks.
I am somewhat new to MonoTouch and iOS development so I apologize in advance
for any newbie sounding questions. Ok, to the point...
I have a ViewController for collecting data from the user. On this data
entry form, I have 7 text fields. 3 of those I am using a UIPicker (the
turning slot machine looking control) to give the user a list of items to
select from. When they select from it, I populate the field with their
selection and hide the picker.
Tapping into the next text field, a free-form text entry field, they are
presented with the keyboard. If they then tap back into the other field
that uses the picker, it pops the picker up behind the visible keyboard.
The keyboard will not go away. I have added code to resignfirstresponder on
the text field that has the KB up, but it will not go away. I have searched
all over for an answer for this and either I've come up with nothing or I
simply do not understand what I am seeing.
Can anyone help me with this? I would be eternally thankful!
Bob
