You are not alone. I am having very similar issue. Application runs fine in simulator mode, but while on device, it will just eventually "end". While using the debugger, no indication/exception is provided as to where/what error occurred. I have employed also your options mention here in this post. I will continue to research and monitor your post to hopefully find some resolve. Thanks!
