Tried this a couple of ways:
       _picker.View.BringSubviewToFront(_picker.CameraOverlayView);
       _picker.View.BringSubviewToFront(_toolbar);
May be that's not how BringSubviewToFront is called... The toolbar is not
permanently hidden though. It only goes behind during the starting animation
(the black lense opening) and it comes back when the animation finishes.
