Can you be more precise - 'not formatting properly' is hardly something
I can work on improve :/

Even with the latest stable of MD I'm still having code formatting
issues. Either via the menu (no text selected) or pressing the
shortcut key, it's not formatting my document properly. Anyone else
experiencing this? Really need code formatting to be more accurate
and effective.
