Well you didn't specify an accuracy. In the lack of such specificity, I have to guess your accuracy required is one of three things.
(1) Perfect synchronization. This is absolutely, totally impossible in our Universe. See Einstein and the speed of light. (2) Close enough that a human looking at both pads simultaneously wont see the difference. This is possible, but unlikely. We are differential detectors by nature. How close you come to it depends on the latency characteristics of your local network. (3) Close enough that the viewers all start and end "around" the same time(within a few seconds.) This is quite doable. It does leave me wondering however why they cant use a single computer and a video projector. This will be their best and easiest synch. This feels like needless complication...
