Hi Jeff Thanks for the suggestion. It did do something, but I'm afraid it didn't help things.
Previously, some exception handling was working properly, only some throws were not happening (although others were and we couldn't find a difference in code between the ones which worked and those which didn't). Adding the gcc_eh option caused catches to fail that had previously been working, so it actually made the situation worse. Out of interest, what does that option actually do?
