Hello

Try reinstalling MonoDevelop

First drop MonoDevelop to trash

Second delete this directories
http://monodevelop.com/developers/articles/user_profiles

Third reinstall MonoDevelop latest version from here
http://monodevelop.com/Download

This should work, this has helped me in the past so I hope this helps you
too.
