Our teammates took some time and finished port of AForge.Net to mobile
platforms.

* all managed projects (Core, Math, Fuzzy, Neuro, ...)
tested with VS, MD.windows and MD.Mac
Missing:
* native pInvoke projects - we had no resources to finish those
* samples
TODOs:
* native pInvoke (either compile for all platforms or replace with
managed)
