Good morning Andrew – I wasn’t able to solve it – unfortunately I spent days to get it to work – I even wrote my own message headers (since it’s not that hard to do) but I ran into some final problem that stopped me.
I ended up having to use Basic Authentication over TLS which gave me the same result. What I found out is that TransportWithMessageCredential part of the WS standard, so it’s not implemented.
