Hi Ron:
The sail maker is Elliott/Pattison, located in Newport Beach, Ca. The link is

Thanks, Frank. If the sails are not shipped out to me
real soon, I will do just that.

By the way, I've seen photos of "Finally". She's a
pretty boat. The maroon sheer stripe looks great.

Where do you sail her? Also, how did you treat the
wood ( toe rails, companionway hatch boards, interior
hatch covers)? I've looked at products like West
Marine's "Wood Pro Plus" and Cetol's new "Natural
Teak", as well as traditional varnishes, but am not
sure which way to go. I would prefer to use teak oil
on all the wood (easy and looks nice), but Bob Eeg
says that the plywood pieces (ie. the companioway
hatch boards and interior hatch covers) need a water
sealing finish to prevent delamination of the plies.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,

Ron C. ("Spirit", San Diego)
