Yes,
We have isolated this to be a problem with the META.yml files of 0.59
and 0.60, there is a Class::MOP 0.61 on its way to CPAN right now
which should fix the issues.

OS X 10.3 with perl 5.10
and
OS X 10.5 with perl 5.8.8
