As of 0.69, Moose::Manual::Attributes needs a mention of what the parameter
to builders is, or a link to the cookbook recipe (which itself could do with
an simple statement "builders get a single parameter blah, blah, blah...").
It took me a little while to track this down today.
And if you're asking "well, what else would you expect?", I could imagine
getting the Moose::Meta::Attribute as a parameter as well.
I know better than to ask "what else would you expect?" People expect some
_crazy_ things.
