Rolf,
As far as I know (and I really don't know at all, but a quick search
of the ChangeLog for "Moose" produced nothing) EPIC has no special
Moose support.
Padre on the other hand does have some Moose support, exactly how much
I am not sure.
There is a TextMate bundle out there, but the link on the website
seems to be broken, ask on IRC perhaps. Also same for VIM and EMacs
plugins.

Eclipse is an editor, right? And EPIC is the thing which teaches it
about perl's syntax, and allows you to compile your perl code as you
edit, right?
So what's the actual problem?
